Our group provides enriched training experiences to undergraduate interns, graduate students, and postdoctoral researchers. We have trained more than 40 undergraduate students, 6 graduate students, and 4 postdoctoral researchers over the last 5 years.These experiences have endowed research trainees with the skills, knowledge, and expertise needed to become valuable professionals in the emergent quantum technologies.

Alexandre is a seasoned leader known for directing teams, managing complex scientific projects, and meeting stringent deadlines. He has more than fifteen years of hands-on experience in advancing experimental quantum technologies at top research institutions like MIT, Caltech, and the Institute for Quantum Computing (IQC). His academic journey spans top universities in Canada, France, Japan, and the USA, enriching his deep scientific knowledge. As Senior Technical Lead in IQC’s Transformative Quantum Technologies program, Alexandre led a team of ten scientists in developing a commercial-grade programmable quantum simulator, highlighting his leadership and innovative capabilities.
